Pain on penis head, skin.

  In short, one oral sex episode led to burning sensation
  in genitals.Took medication for Gonnoreah and syphlis
  excuse the spelling, Today, two months later, I check out ok at the doctor but I have some pain in the head of my penis and skin on the shaft. there is little to see with regard to anything wrong, but I notice the skin doesnt seem the same around the head of the penis. It looks more wrinkled when flaccid, and the skin more reddish like inflammed a bit below the head, that never went away.The doc said its ok, but I know better, and there is some pain, like a needle ***** every once in a while. I thought maybe it was soap that I used that was maybe filled with some type of cleaner like ammonia that I used after the episode, I'm not sure. Any ideas would help, I know it doesnt feel the same.

Thanks for your questions. Unfortunately computers have not evolved enough for us to be able to examine  and diagnose you  via the internet.  You tell us that there is little to see or feel wrong with the penis.  There is however an abnormal sensation onthe head of the penis (glans (glands) penis)   I am not sure if we could provide much of an answer given this scenario. You probably have irritated a nerve which is still unhappy.   Time should help.  I would pursue further medical follow-up namely a dermatologist if symptoms continue.
