MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Some amount of pain after stent removal is common, but this subsides after taking pain killers. If pain killers do not relieve the pain, the other causes for this could be recurrence of stones, ureteral stricture or vaginal inflammation and infection. Take some anti inflammatory pain killers and apply warm compresses.

If the symptoms persist then get it evaluated from a urologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
