Painful urination, sediment in urine, milky urine

I'm 19 years old. Sometime last January (eleven or so months ago), while binge drinking carbonated drinks and not much water, while going to urinate I experienced extreme pain and what I thought at the time was kidney stones. Present in my urine as it was passing were small white clumps, that caused slight spasms in my penis and caused fairly extreme discomfort. These clumps were fairly soft and malleable, and would seemingly disintegrate if they were mashed or squeezed. They were incredibly small, but large enough to be seen and cause pain, and were present through most of the urine (large in quantity). This since has happened to me maybe four or five times over the last year. Aside from that, I've had instances where either all of my urine or (predominantly) the end of a stream of urine turns incredibly milky and viscous. Some irritation while urinating and sometimes urges to go when my bladder is not full also occurs. Usually (not always) drinking copious amounts of water helps, but having read up on symptoms I've discovered I could have anything from a UTI, to a bladder infection, to Chlamydia. Help or guidance would be helpful... and I probably won't have health insurance for a few months so seeing a doctor is not an option at the moment.
