Past nocturn incontinence and large vein on penis

I have suffered from incontinence in the past but nowadays it isn't a problem anymore although on occasion it can happen. I don't understand why. Does it disappear over time?
Another think I would like to ask is this: I have a large vein on my penis (on its upper side). Even when flacing it looks big and dark. When I have had an erection and then relaxed it looks even darker. Is it something that I shoul worry about?

This depends on what could have caused the incontinence and what type of incontinence you have. There is stress incontinence which may be brought about by straining, certain activities and extreme emotions. Urge incontinence is associated with a sudden urge to void or urinate. Incontinence may be caused by anatomical and nerve related problems in the urinary tract specifically the bladder. With regards to your case, have you been assessed along this line?
The prominent vein on the penile shaft may not be something to worry about. Varicosities do occur on the penis but they seldom need intervention.
