Penile Fibrosis

Hello,
I am hoping I am posting in the right forum. I've read that penis fibrosis is a common condition. I started to worry about it when I notices that during erection the left and right penis sides are not equal in thickness. The side with fibrosis seems to be thinner. As I searched more about it, I came across this article here (http***www.qfac.com/articles/love_muscle.html) written by Dr. W. Wong M.D.
I am pretty skeptical of all those methods of stretching suspensory (PC) ligament. However, I became interested in the supplement he suggested: Vitalzym. It says the supplement can help in eliminating some of the fibrosis.
I would like to ask if this supplement is safe and if there are any side effects to it.
