Penile Torsion surgery in US?

Hi. The shaft of my penis has about a 45° twist (not bend) from the base on leaning to the left and I was wondering in my search for a solution to this congenital deformity why almost every study I find is based in China, Egypt, India, Brazil, Israel, and Italy, but not a single one in the US? I live in Boston, I know there are some extremely talented urologists around here with Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's, and the Beth Israel Deaconess, though I'd probably travel for a urologist experienced in this type of surgery.

I feel like my PCP will probably encourage me to let it go if everything works fine and honestly I'm becoming complaisant with that notion as I see how little information is available online. I have indemnity type health insurance so I wouldn't need my PCP's referral but I'm not sure if I should start making appointments or sending a brief email to some local urologists. I heard good things about Dr. Tom F. Lue at the UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco but nothing about torsion correction. Any thoughts on how I can find a urologist in the US with experience in correcting torsion of the penis?

I just want to know if I have any other options aside from living with it. Thanks!
