Penis - bleeding

It seems like I just cant get rid of this site :)

So, here is the thing good people of MedHelp.. Yesterday I had anal sex without any lubricants, which was a bit painful, and after ejaculation I saw there was some blood dripping from my penis alongside with the semen, and few minutes later, few more (bigger) blood drops came out individually and it did hurt a bit. This is the first time something like this happened to me. However, few minutes later when I urinated, there was no blood at all, but I did feel a burning sensation (as in when you have an "inflamed urinary tract" - I hope this is the right expression). Today already it is a lot better, I feel almost nothing when I urinate.

So I was wondering, as I got really scared, could it be a sort of injury due to lack of lubrication, and how dangerous is it? Or could it be an STD or something else (which I doubt, because this is the first and only time it occurred). And if it is just a "normal" injury, when can I get back to my "regular" activities? :)

Thank you very much in advance!

Update: I had oral sex 3 days ago, this time there was no bleeding (there was just bleeding once as mentioned in the previous posts), but it hurts as hell when I have to urinate, and I feel as if it is getting worse. I haven't noticed any discharge from my penis, so I am not sure whether it is gonorrhea, but it really hurts when I have to go urinate. What I also have noticed is that my "hole" on the top of my penis is sometimes "sticked together", dont know really how to describe it, and it is a bit red around the tip of the penis.

I went to the doctor today, she examined a urine sample and said that there was no bacteria present, but she will do a swab test on Monday on the tip of my penis, to see whether she could find something there.

Does anyone perhaps have any clue what it could be, because the doctor was also a bit confused herself. Many thanks!

When I mentioned STD, I thought perhaps it could be something I have eventually got before, but to me it also seems likely possible that it is an STD.

And I just wanted to add that I didnt find any wounds on the tip of the penis, nor the "hole" on top, but the blood rather came from "inside", so is it possible also to tore something inside, like a capillary perhaps, during sex?

Thank you for you quick response!

Hi,

Does not sound like an STD at all. Besides an STD wouldn't act that fast. You clearly tore something because of no lubrication. With any type of sex condoms and lubrication is a must.

I would wait about 3 - 7 days before resuming anything sexual
