Penis Enlargement Injury?

About 8 months ago I was experimenting with penis exercises to increase the length of my penis. I was following a free program I found through google and it told my to pull on the head of my penis while it was flaccid as far as I could go without feeling any pain. I was tired of waiting so I tried pulling much to hard and I felt a sort of click. I immediately let go and felt scared that I dislocated my penis. I let it recover for a week or so and it seemed fine after that and I haven't had any problems going to the bathroom for getting erections but there is a sort of gap in the muscle in my penis near the bottom and I recently have been basic penis enlargement exercises and I think it is because of this injury that I have not been getting results. What can I do to heal?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Chances of injury to the ligaments is definitely there. Jelqing may often cause injury to the penis or nerve compression which may cause such symptoms and hence is not advocated. Stop jelqing and avoid masturbation for some days and eat a healthy diet and some vitamin B 12 supplements. There are many methods of penis enlargement available. There is no scientific proof that these methods are without any side effects or useful. The other methods which have been time and again tried are jelqing, clamping, stretching and hanging, penis pumps and penis enlargement pills.

The only useful methods are penis enlargement surgery and inflatable implants. But they are also not without side effects which concern mostly with side effects of surgery. I would suggest you to consult your doctor before trying for any of these methods.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It is possible that you might have torn the suspensory ligament. I'm not sure if that can be corrected. As a result your penis will have a diffferent angle during erections. It might cause some problems with the stability of your penis during an erection or intercourse. It is best to consult with a urologist.

All the best.
