Penis Enlargement

by Novi09, Jan 28, 2004 12:00AM
I was looking around the web at penis enlargement programs and pills.  I'm okay with my size but wouldn't mind some more if one of these programs worked.  My question: there seem to be penis enlargement programs based on exercises that work out (train) the Corpora Cavernosa, Corpus Spongisum and Cavernosal artery.  They claim that the techniques can increase the amount of blood these tissues can hold thus lenghtening the penis.  One in particular (penis-health.com), claims it has over 30 techniques for the shaft, head and even for correcting bends in penises. It even had a "study" with results from 50 participants showing gains in length/girth from 3/4" to 3".
In addition I've read some on these herbal pills, but have discounted them as complete nonsense.  They claim to include ingredients such as L-arginine, Dodder seed, Gingko, Herba Epimedii, Ginseng,Catuaba, Zinc Gluconate etc.
What's the truth behind these claims?  Is it possible to really "work-out" the penis like these sites claim?  And if not, what are the options for enhancement?
Thanks for any feedback.

None of the medications advertised on the internet has been studied in consensus trials that definitively say that they work.  Most of the techniques for penile enlargement are surgical in nature (phalloplasty).

Here are some of the sample procedures:
# Penile Lengthening and Penile Widening
# Penile Lengthening and Glanular Enhancement
# Penile Lengthening and Penile Widening and Glanular Enhancement
# Penile Lengthening and Penile Widening and Glanular Enhancement and Circumcision
# Penile Lengthening and Penile Widening and Glanular Enhancement and Scrotal Recession (Tissue Tuck)
# Penile Lengthening and Penile Widening and Pubic Lipectomy and Glanular Enhancement
# Correction of Retractile Penis
# Correction of Buried Penis

A urology consultation is normally needed to consider these procedures.  Here is a link to some frequently asked question:
