hi, for a month back i have been having continuous discharge of sperm from my penis..i have noticed spots on my underpants and pajamas

what doctor should i consult?

Hello,
The spots on your undergarments can be due to prostatic fluid which is normally secreted. But if the symptoms are severe then the possibility of prostatitis has to be ruled out. Culture sensitivity of the prostatic fluid before and after discharge and ultrasound of prostate to look for any inflammation need to be done if prostatitis is suspected.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Hi, I doubt very much that the spots are semen, but if you have a discharge it is best to consult with a doctor.
