Penis Problem

by Sam_i, Mar 04, 2003 12:00AM
Since few days I am feeling discomfort in my penis, as if if something is stuck inside my penis. It is not painful at all.

I feel discomfort about 1 cm below the head of penis

This happens mostly after I mastrubate or sometimes after passing urine. I also feel burn during urine discharge.

During sex I strictly use Condom except having oral sex when my partner gives me oral sex plessure. I am having oral sex with my partner for over a year now, but this problem appears recently.

Considering my medical histroy, I had lithotripsy treatment 3 years back which went sucessfull, thereafter I did not had any kidney problems.

I am 27 year old male, un married, non smoker and non alcoholic.

Please help.

Hello - thanks for asking your question.

Dysuria (discomfort when urinating) is most commonly caused by an infection.  This can be a urinary tract infection, kindey infection, prostate infection, or STD/urethritis.

In any case, a urinanalysis would a reasonable next step to determine if an infection is present.  If there continues to be discomfort when urinating after appropriate antibiotic treatment, then referral to a urologist may be necessary.

I strongly suggest followup with your personal physician.
