I am 25 years old and recently I had intense blunt pain in the tip of my penis, what feels like the base of my bladder and my large toes accompanies by a painful erection. It's been happening almost every day for the past week, about 3 times a day. Also for the past year my erections seem to be unsatisfying, I have an increase of premature ejaculation, no morning wood and decrease in semen volume.
