Penis bumps

I need some help with a problem I have. Im 14 and I have had these little white/flesh coloured bumps on the shaft of my penis, only seen when i pull my skin (they are on the skin)down. from what ive seen. Its nothing alike Fordyce or blocked hair folliculles, which I seem to have also neer my scrotum hair (that doesn't worry me).

Alright so the thing is they are circular shaped and appear in groups, they dont hurt at all when I touch them or when i masturbate (they seem harmless). I have had these at least for 2 years and maybe more as they could have been there without me noticing them. I never gave them importance until this moment, as new ones, exactly same looking as before appeared near the same area. What are these? Is this due to higiene? How can I get rid of these? PLease answer soon, i really want to get rid of these

Thank you for your time

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Pimples like bumps on the penis can be a normal physiological change in teenagers or due to blocked hair follicle, oil glands, lympohocoel, sebaceous cyst, Fordyce spots, sexually transmitted diseases etc. Maintain good genital hygiene by cleaning with soap and water, don’t try to squeeze the pimple. Applying ice would reduce redness, pain or swelling. See a dermatologist if problem persists.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
