Hi there,

Penis pain is bothering me I don’t have the control that I normally do. There have been times when it has been so bothersome that I have had a hard time getting to sleep.
I don’t have any sores or any visible change to my penis or scrotum. I don’t have any pain when urinating and most of the time I don’t have any pain when achieving an orgasm. A few times when the penis was really bothering me, there was some pain during orgasm.
I have been going to an urologist. He has physically examined me, taken urine samples and nothing has showed up. I had an MRI done and nothing showed up there either. He has checked out my prostrate and says that I have a prostrate of a young man. He has said he doesn’t know what the problem is and can’t help me. I keep going back for follow up exams, and urine analysis, but nothing shows up, and the doctor has no answers. They do the urine analysis right there in the office.
Last year we went to Disneyland for the day. While driving there I was feeling my penis/scrotum, but when we came back at the end of the day I noticed that my penis/scrotum wasn’t bothering me at all. It felt normal. We had been walking all over Disneyland throughout the day and by the end of the day I was tired. Since then, I have noticed that if I walk for many hours that the penis/scrotum starts to feel much better. I have had days where the penis/scrotum feels normal (or close to normal), but then it starts bothering me again within a few days. I have tried stopping prescription medications that I have been taking, as well as nutritional supplements, and I have been unable to pinpoint what is causing the problem. Yesterday I didn't eat any food or take any medications or supplements. I just drank water throughout the day and by the end of the day the discomfort was worse than in the morning.
Usually, my penis/scrotum feels better in the mornings and then feels worse by the end of the day. It feels like there is inflammation. Could there be a yeast problem that isn’t detected in a urine analysis? Have you had any similar cases? Do you have any recommendations?
Thank you,
