Penis keeps leaking

Hello
This problem has been happening for the past 6 months or so.Semen like fluid keeps leaking from my penis while i masturbate so when i have my actual orgasm nothing or barely anything comes out. This fluid keeps leaking even 5-10 minutes after i have my orgasm.I also have a burning feeling after urination or ejaculation sometimes.

I had urine tests and blood tests done but nothing was found.I also had a renal ultrasound and that came back OK as well.I was treated with 3 different antibiotics in case its UTI but it didn't help.
What can this be?Did something broke inside my penis? Please help me my urologist doesn't know what this can be.

Try not to masturbate for a few weeks and see what happens.

After I had bladder surgery, I had a a long period where I would not ejeculate at all. About 3 years later things returned to almost normal with one exeption. If I engage in intercourse or masterbation too often, I have this constant clear fluid leaking from my penis. If I go a few days without things return to normal.

I don't know if this is the case with you, since you most likely have nto had any bladder surgery.  was only 30 at the time of the surgery.

Good luck
