Penis lump? Please Help!

I am a 20 year old male who is not sexually active in any way besides masterbation. Awhile back I noticed 2 lumps on my penis shaft. 1 is about an inch away from my penis head on the right side of the shaft. It is squishy and painless. I can pinch it and it does not hurt, but it seems to be attached the the shaft. It is probably about an inch or so in circumference. The other bump is closer to the base of the shaft on the right side. It is hard and feels like a pin head. Both of these only seem to occur when I am really excited. I have to be fully erect few at least a few minutes or so before they even are noticeable. Both lumps are colorless and only the lump near the top of the shaft is visible if the skin is really tight. Sometimes the one at the base of the shaft does not even appear.  They both appeared about 2 weeks ago. I am moving tomorrow and probably won't be able to make a urology appointment for a month. Does anyone has any clue what's going on? Please help ease my anxiety.
