Penis veins - more and more visible

A month or so ago, I noticed the dorsal vein on the top of penis had started to bulge out
much more than usual. It's most noticeable when my penis is flaccid...but it didn't seem
be hurting anything, and I just wrote it off to getting older (I'm a 34 year old)
Since that time more of the veins on my penis have become much more pronounced
and visible. One on the right side of my penis can be very visible and even stick out slightly.
After masturbating last week I noticed one of the veins on the left side of my penis has
a very small blue spot next to it.
I'm wondering if this is something to be worried about. There is no pain or malfunction
with my penis but these veins showing up all of a sudden seems strange to me.
The thick one on the ride side seems slightly sensitive sometimes, but the skin
seems dry down there so it's hard to tell whether it's entirely the vein or dry skin
that feels sensitive.
