Peyronies penis reduction

I have post curvature peyronies and after the curve went away after a year, I ended up with a straight but internal scar ring around the base of my penis and a significant length and girth reduction.  What reliable drugs or physical treatments for that are available now or in the near future?

There are several considerations.  This can include calcium channel blockers or injection of steroids into the hardened plaque.

Collagenase is an enzyme that breaks down the connective tissue and can be used on a more investigation basis.  

In persistant cases, surgical options would have to be considered.
