Phimosis?

I'm 13. I can't pull my foreskin back. Am I to young to have Phimosis? My voice has broken and I have pubic hair so I think I've hit puberty. But should I be able to pull my gores king back to see my glands yet? Will it loosen up? Please reply ASAP! I'm worried

Hi there!

Non-retractability of the foreskin may be within normal limits upto 17 years of age and at the age of 13 years I do not see this to be anything to worry about unless there are additional symptoms or scarring present.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
