Pimples on my penis

Hello,my name is chris and i am 21. Since i was about 16 i
started to get these pimples on my penis at the base where
it joins my testicles. They seem similar to the lumps that
you get from the hairs that grow from my testicles but seem
to have more pus in a few of them. I thought that they might
dissappear after a while but they have only got worse and
they have spread to all parts of my penis except for the head.
I am very hygenic yet nothing seems to get ride of them and
every now and then i get the temptation to squeeze them but
that seems only to make things worse. What are they and is there
any cream that i can get to get rid of them?
