I am a 24 year old male and have never had sex before in my life but i masturbate everyday and a few years ago had noticed a terrible urine frequency problem, in my past i used to smoke alot of Marijuwana but i have not had that since i was about 20 or so, and when this frequency condition occurred i did not go to the doctor for some time due to me being scared ( i kick myself everyday for it) anyway so then one day the condition just got really really bad previously i would put up with it, urinating really often day and night, mostly at night i would have to urinate into a bucket or something because the urge to go was just too often, so i went and got myself checked, they told me to hold my urine then come in for a scan to see my bladder, that really was painful for me to hole 2 liters of water inside, very painful then i got my bladder stretched out in a hospital they said it was very red and angry and told me good luck it's going to be a long road ahead, i pissed out blood for about 2 days then went back to normal slowly but today it has it's ups and downs, im watching what i eat but through all that i have been continuing to masturbate everyday, i cannot seem to stop myself, and while i am doing that sometime halfway through i feel the sensation from sex stop immediately and it just feels like i have pee blockage in my penis and i have to go toilet to let it out, im getting very annoyed about this because i thought this phase was over, at one point in the past i could ejaculate for a while without having to pee at all but not it's back it seems, i was wondering if you have any advice to help this problem, thankyou very very much for your time.

No they dident tell me that was the problem, i think just and angry red bladder, very overactive all the time, i have no pain when i urinate or anything, i feel no pain in my bladder but sometimes i do notice that sometimes (quite often but not always) when i pee i can feel some muscles below my testicles really tense up very hard and it's a little bit painful for a few seconds but not too bad, they basically told me i had an inflamed bladder, and they gave me some medication to take too it is called Vesicare, solifenacin succinate tablets 5mg, i have been taking these for about half a year now i think but still my problem has it's ups and downs, humm okay thanks i was just wondering if masturbation would be a factor in this. I am still frequently feeling the need to urinate but it doesnt feel like the urine is being held in my bladder it feels like it's being stored in my penis and sometimes when i pee only a little bit comes out when i have the feeling there to pee alot more. I just wish there was something else i could do to get better faster, i feel like this medication is going nowhere. Thanks again for your time.

Do you have interstitial cystis? what was the uro diagnosis?  Masterbation shouldn't be causing your bladder problems though because you ureter runs through your penis the symptoms could easily coincide.
