Possibility of infection

My story goes I was trying to have sex with a woman and could not get hard enough to enter, tried twice but could not unprotected. About 28 days later noticed a slight itchiness in my penis It did not burn when I urinated, I became so obsessed that I would squeeze my penis trying to get something to come out which it did,but nothing comes out unless I squeeze or milk it, the itchy feeling comes and goes and I check my underwear for stains and don't see any just an occasional white spot, do you think I might have caught chlamydia.

Infection would certainly be a possibility.

You can obtain testing with a urine test or urethral swab to look for STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia.  

A urinalysis and urine culture can also be obtained to look for other UTIs.

You can also consider prostatitis, which is evaluated with a digital rectal exam.  A transrectal ultrasound can also be considered if imaging the prostate is required.
