clotBlood clots. The risk of this is somewhat determined by the surgical technique used. It can also be brought on if the man is too active following the surgery.

Primary infertility is the other potential risk.
I would ask about the formation of the blood clot. If you continue to have symptoms or feel a mass, a repeat scrotal ultrasound should be considered.
As for the stitches, depending on what kind were used, it can be variable as to when they fall off. If they continue to be present, it can be removed by your physician.
