Biochemical recurrence after treatment for prostate cancer is technically defined as greater than 0.2. Three consecutive increases in PSA after radiation therapy suggest further evaluation.
Given the fact that your PSA is rising, I would discuss these results with your urologist. The options include treatment now, or waiting for another PSA reading to see if it continues to rise.
