When sperm collect at the
cutCuts and puncture wounds end of the vas deferens results is at times painful. If it continues this long, then I think you need to return to the physician who did the procedure to evaluate you. Sometimes the inflamed tissue (sperm granuloma) needs to be removed surgically, though this is not a guarantee that the pain will resolve. Motrin or another anti-inflammatory medication may help.
The nerves to the cord/vas/testis run up into the groin and thus may result in pain perceived to be in this region.
