Post vasectomy symptoms

Hi,
I am 32 years old and had a vasectomy performed 6 weeks ago.
I had a higher than normal bleeding occurence on the left side, and
the left testicle is still a bit swollen and feels firmer to the touch than the right.
There is also a very hard lump above the left testicle. I went in for
testing and they said i had good blood flow to both and the hard lump could
be hardened blood.It's been 6 weeks and it's still there,is this normal?
About 3 weeks post vasectomy i started having strange symptoms
like nothing i've felt before. Much lower energy than ever experienced in my life,
difficulty sleeping at night and waking up often, a very low mood feeling which
i have never had a problem with either,i also feel irritable at times, lower libido I am having trouble
getting through the day.I had my thyroid and blood tested and they both came back normal.
Am i crazy or is something not right here? I keep asking the doctors and they all tell me it isn't
hormones.Is it possibly that hard knot above my left testicle is some how
blocking something? Should i insist on having a test done.
This is all very troublesome as i am only 32 years old.
