Problem with the corpus spongiosum

by beck233, Sep 27, 2008 02:17PM
I recently engaged in some urethral play. However since then I have suffered from a reduced urine flow and also chronic nocturnal emissions (at least every second night for 6 months) I feel drained from this. There appears to be a string like enlargement in the corpus spongiosum running from the tip of the urethra to, I presume right to the bladder. I think the nocturnal emission is being caused by the internal sphincter and external sphincter muscles not being able to remain involuntary closed during sleep.I think the string like thing in the corpus spongiosum is an enlarged vein or damaged nerve. I know I have to go to a urologist over this but I would like to know if this will require very complicated surgery (ie is it difficult to perform surgery on the corpus spongiosum especially the part of the urethra that lies inside the prostate)
