Problems in right testicle and reseeding.

Hi, Since about March 2006 i have been having problems with my right testicle, difference in temperature and feels loose in general. I now get great pains down my right side sometimes and moving into my abdomen and also alot in my groin as though i have pulled a muscle and i feel my abdomen is alot harder than normal. My testicle on the right side seems in a different position than the left. Also during sex my testicles seem to reseed up into my body alot, i have never had this before but over the last couple of months this is what i've been getting.
I have been tested for STI's etc but have no idea what it could be, i do have an appt with the urologist in Feb 2007 but could someone give me any ideas on what i am experiencing.

Many Thanks.

A hernia can be considered.  An ultrasound can be considered to image the testicle and rule out other, more serious, causes - such as infection or torsion.

If negative, I agree with the urology referral.  I would also consider a general surgery referral to evaluate for a hernia.  If present, it would need to be surgically repaired.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
