Problems with urination

Dear Doctor,
I am a woman of 27 years old. There is four years that i am having frequent problems with urination and the doctors seem to think it is all in my head. I began to have this frequent need to urinate,,,day and night when i was 23 years ( still virgin so there were no vaginal infections). The urine analysis and urineculture has always been sterile,,,and abdominal ultrasound always normal. The problem goes and comes,,,the last two years that i've been sexually active (with the same person, both STD clean) ive got twice medication for bacterial vaginosis and yeast. The urinary frequency and pain in the lower abdomen continues. The gynecological ultrasound shows everything is fine. But the last urine analysis i did was not normal ( as much as i know) however the doctor did not gave me any medication.
The Urine analysis showed:
leukocyte 2
Ph  5
Specific gravity  1.030
crystals ( some, uric acid)
and the rest were all negative.
What i feel is pain in the lower abdomen, feel bloated, have the need to urinate frequently day and night, and i am so stressed from this situation that at times i feel like i suffer from incontinence or i feel afraid to go somewhere as i need to use the bathroom very often. Can all this problem be from emotional problems ( as im a very emotional person)???
Do i need to get medication for the abnormal urinary analysis? Is it the best decission to have a urine culture done?

Hi everyone,
                    Does anyone know if urinating while exercising is normal? My wife has been experiencing having a little bit of urine come out  when she exercises. She does a lot of jumping jacks and cardio on a regular basis. We do have two daughters together and was told it could have something to do with her having two babies. But our youngest is almost four now and this has only been going on just recently. I also heard her bladder could have dropped and that's causing it. She will be going to the Dr. but I wanted to see if any other women have had the same problem. Thanks and take care.

Hi,  You may have either overactive bladder or interstitial cystitis. Per your history you clearly don't have a UTI, STD or other infection. Your urnialysis is essentially normal. Frequency and urgency is the hallmark of overactive bladder (OAB) and about a third of patients have incontinence when they can't make it to the bathroom.  Patients with (OAB) can also complain of a bladder spasm type sensation in the bladder.  Treatment included eliminating caffeine, reduce fluids if you are drinking a lot and possible take a medication for OAB to reduce the urgency. Alternatively, you may have Interstitial Cystitis (IC).  This is an inflammatory condition of the bladder that causes frequency, urgency and lower abdomonal or pelvic pain, pressure or discomfort, especially when your bladder is full.  It does not respond to treatments for OAB. Both problems can be made worse in stressful situations. I recommend you eliminate caffeine, alcohol and all citrus beverages (orange juice ect) and see how your symptoms respond.  Go to the website : "ichelp.org" and read about IC.  You need to see a Urologist or Urogynecologist who specializes in female bladder problems to sort out which problem you have and get you on the right treatment.  Good Luck.

hey I have a question can you please help. For the past ten days I have been having discharge from my penis. It goes on all day. Also I have cloudy urine. I've been drinking cranberry juice and taking cranberry pills. It's not a std cause me and my bf are clean. So what could it be? Please help me out, I worry a lot lol.
