Thank you so much Doctor for that helpful information. I really appreciate it as you have given me hope.
Tell me Doctor what about using Prazosin(Hypovase) to control both the BPH and Hypertension. Is this any good?
God Bless you.
Hello,
Uromax contains tamsulosin which has abnodmal ejaculation as its side effect. Abnormal ejaculation includes ejaculation failure, ejaculation disorder, retrograde ejaculation, and ejaculation decrease.
You can consult your doctor and talk to him regarding decreasing the dose of Uromax or change to 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like Finasetride (Proscar) which can be used for BPH.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
How do you treat retractive/reverse ejaculation?
