I would consider a urologist to discuss this.
Typically prostatic massage is used for cases of prostatitis where any prostatic fluid expressed can be sent off for analysis and culture. I am not aware of prostatic massage as a treatment for

Imaging the prostate can be considered with a transrectal ultrasound.
