Prostatic utricle Cyst

i am 22 years old. i got a prostatic utricle cyst near urinary bladder neck. (midline of prostrate). i had symptoms of urinary urgency, obstructive in flow etc. i consulted an urologist, he did cystoscopy procedure to ensure the cyst and after tat my symptoms are less. i don feel the symptoms as previous. my question is .. do i need to operate the cyst, if i don have symptoms? if yes. tel me latest procedure to operate it. if no , plz tel me how long i can be without operating ,? is there possibility of gettin any other disease ? will it become cancer cells? plz give a detail answer
