Prostatits symptoms

Can prostatitis cause dribbling after urination or urine to sit in the urethra? I also feel as if my muscles down there arent as strong as they once were. I am only 27years and old and have been on Levaquin for two weeks now without much change. The external urethral meatus is also slightly discolored. Its more of a vibrant pink color but obviously different from the rest of my glans penis. I also notice that the tip is always kind of wet and sometimes stuck together. I believe this is from a slight clear discharge.

I have had two urine tests, both which came back negative. Have been on a weeks worth of Bactrim, 1000mg of Zithromax, and 400mg Suprax. I am two weeks into the Levaquin.

Anyone with anything similiar? I dont have any stinging or burning. No lesions. No tingling. I do get occassional leg pain but not sure if its related. I dont have problems masturbating or ejaculating, but I do feel a little sore afterwards.

I am most worried about the pink around the opening. Is this a normal color variant?

Please help.

I have had to urine tests. Both came back normal. I am going to be seeing a urologist on the 10th of March, so hopefully he will do the necessary tests to determine the cause. The urethral meatus seems to be healing slightly, it is still a bright pink color and doesnt appear swollen. If it was an infection, would the combination of the zithromax, suprax, bactrim, and levaquin of treated this by now?

Thanks so much!

Hi,
How are you? Prostrate enlargement and also prostatitis can some times cause dribbling of urine. Pink colour of urethra could be due to it’s inflammation. Have you got urine culture done? Also, it is important to get a DRE of the prostrate done, if this is normal, your condition needs to be treated as infection only.
Consult a urologist for further assistance.
Best.
