I have had neurogenic bladder for 20 years. I believe it is secondary to my lupus.  My question is about the treatment we find that helps the most for me. When I get in dire straights, I swell up all over my body. I have to also use the self cath. every time. What we have done in that past is ....I go int the hospital on bedrest. I am put on lasix and have an indwellinging cath. for 3-4 days. Have you heard of this treatment before? It has been a lifesaver for me. Thanks, Kris
