RBC 2-3 HPF AND NOT 5-6 HPF

I did my urine test done by default and found RBC 2-3 HPF. After couple of months taking medication the repeated result shows 5-6 HPF. I have no symptoms of fever or flank pain. The KUB X-Ray and Ultrasound are all normal and also the blood test including SERUM PSA.

The only problem which I have is mild burning sensation and pain while passing urine apart from that there is no problem.

Can you please advise on the same as I am really worried.
