Rash on groin

How do you first get a question posted on a forum?
Here is my medical problem. I noticed that I have two large red spots on each of my legs. They are located right in the middle where my sack lies. One red spot on the right side, and one on the left. They also have a white  coating on top of the spots. They located exactly where my legs comes to touch my sack near my penis? Any solutions?

Dear Mr. Wallace:
Nice of you to ask a question.
We are not allowed to make diagnosis over the internet because we are not able to examine you. Although your spots sound like a common fungal infection of this region, it is usually not with a white coating. There are other conditions which look like this and the only way to be sure is to see yur doctor. However, a fungal infection of the groin is called Tinea cruris, more commonly known as jock itch. Fungal infections of the groin are usually reddish brown and has a raised border. If the disease is long-standing, the surrounding skin can become darker. It is made worse by the moisture that collects here from sweating.  The diagnosis is made by scraping the skin and looking for fungus under the microscope. Medicated creams specifically for jock itch can be obtained over the counter.
Please consult a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis.
More individualized care is available at the Henry Ford Hospital and its satellites (1-800-653-6568) We can also arrange local accommodations through this number if this is  your need. Please bring any physicians
