Ed, most guys find it difficult to talk about this stuff.  But don't
let that stop you. You are already 21 and that's getting late for
non-surgical treatment.  You need to see a GP and have your hormones
tested (IGF1, LH, FSH, testosterone, TSH, ATCH, prolactin) to see if that
is the problem.  If it is, then your GP should refer you to an
endocrinologist.
