I have a similar problem.  I was in a motorcycle accident 3 years ago and
have had problems since.  One of them being a very low volume during ejaculation
with very little of the sinsation that goes along with orgasm.  At times I've
even lost my erection during intercourse.
I've had a test done to check the mechanics via needle and sonogram(SP).
Everything was normal according to the attending physician.  But, yet I
still have a decreased libido and volume of semen.
