I am a eighteen year old white male, who has noticed that his left teste is twice the size of the right.  There is sometimes pain but not all the time. I did chew tobacco for about three weeks but I have quit and have not had a chew since.  I stopped about six weeks ago.  I have no idea what this is any idea

Tim,
I'm not the doctor, so keep checking back for their response.
Nevertheless, I am concerned by your description. It is not normal for one testicle to be twice as large as the other. Either one is too large or the other is too small. In either case, you should see a doctor soon to have this examined. It could be a hernia, a hydrocele (fluid in the scrotum), orchitis, or cancer. The possibility that it could be cancer is not small and should not be ignored. Please see a doctor this week if you can!
