I am a 22 year old male, I have recentaly been affected with a soar itchy
feeling just behind the scrotum. It's not around the anus nore on the scrotum but directly behind the scrotum. If anyone can help me diagnose this I would be very grateful.

Is there a sore there? What does the area look like? Does it just itch, or does it also hurt? Can you correlate the beginning of the itch with a sexual encounter? Maybe you have some sort of yeast or fungal infection, or maybe it is simple male itching that jokes are made of.
If it is really bothering you, don't expect a diagonisis over the internet. Get to a dermatologist and have them tell you.
I too have had this same kind of itching you describe. I have been to my primary
physcian and 2 urologists. One told me I had a fungel infection. My Primary
gave me some cipro. for about 10 days. I still have the itching occasionnally.
I also have some pains.
I have done a very little **** and ball torture. the only thing my urologist
said i either had enlarged testicles or smaller ones I can't exactly remember.
but I have not done the CBT anymore.
btw, I am 22/m.
