My left testicle seems to hang loosely (much lower than the right side) and feels as if there is no muscular attachment. When I tense the muscles in that area, the right testicle rises, but the left side does not respond. It has been this way for almost 5 years. I've never had an injury or surgery in that area. Recently, I've been experiencing general discomfort in the groin / testicle area such as dull pains in the groin and discomfort with my groin muscles on the left side, along with the need to frequently "adjust" on the left side because it is hanging so loosely. What could cause this condition and are there any corrective procedures? Thanks for your help.
Hi-I'm not a doctor but i have the exact same problem--had this for about 20 years--i don't have any pain or dis-comfort---maybe it's just a weak muscle problem in this area--hope all is ok
