hi , I have the same symptoms you have , my right tesical is sore all the time and touching it is unbearable. It is tender and kinda soft and is somewhat smaller than the other one!I have been to my family Dr. and he told me to go home too , that it is not anything to worry about , but hey it hurts!!!I wish I knew what it was , but Im not a Dr. Id like to share you feelings on your problem!!
