Hi my name is Con and i am 17 years old.I have this problem:my penis curves downwards like a banana.I do not have any deseases that would explain its curvature.I only have a kind of paraphimosis. When i say a kind,i mean that i can return the skin to its original position and cover the glans even when my penis is erected. But there is a specific place of the skin where it is very tight and "swells" my penis.Anyway 5 days ago i was operated for this kind of paraphimosis,The doctors said to me that the curvature of my penis is because of this kind of paraphimosis. But i need to know your opinion.
My question is:Is the penile curvature caused by the paraphimosis(or phimosis)?
Please answer because i am very concerned(and frightened too...)

Hey it's me again Con.i forgot to mention that the curving was not the same always. When i was very young(7-9) the curve downwards was rather strong and before my operation it was rather light. Is it because i have loosened the skin a little by pulling it backwards all the time?
The truth is i am depressed because i wouldn't mind if the curve was upwards or to the up and left or right. But when it is downwards it gives me the thought that it is not erecting properly.I hope it was because of the (para)phimosis.
Help me out people please!

Hi! I'm Dexter.
I am 24 years old. My penis is curved downwards like a banana. I have sex (4 to 5 times a week)with no difficulty. But my problem is I can not do many positions. Me and my girl friend are very tensed about this.
Please HELP.

Look Dexter,
first you should tell us if you have a "condition" that may cause the curvature.
Curvature may be caused by chordee, phimosis and things like that. There is a small piece of flesh at the bottom of the glans that keeps the glans and the main torso of the penis together. This is natural. However if this part of flesh is very strong it might also cause a downward curve
But apart from all these i want you to know something because i am a doctor.
Every penis has a little curvature.Strong or light, the curvature exists. There could be a curve to the right or to the left or even a tilt up or down.A straight penis is rather rare.My own penis curves to the left.Curvature doesn't mean problem. However a 90 degree curvature, yes,it is a problem. Not because the penis is not normal or has a problem, but because you might have difficulties during intersource. It doesn't matter if your penis curves or not as long as it gets its job done! And remember:It is better(the pleasure for the girls) when the penis curves.
