To Digit. The rashes are not open nor do they have anythinglike pus coming out of them. They are not exactly dot-shaped but are mostly irregular shaped and appear mostly on the glans and frenulum wich unfortunateley are the most sensitive places on the penis. The rashes are red and in most places look like broken cappilaries and haven't changed or healed in 10 years. The doctors say that it is scar tissue from circumscion and masturbation. The become so painful during sex or masturbation that I don't even want a sex life.
