He might have missed it. Is the lump ON the testicle? Can you
separate it from the testicle?
Why do you ask if the lump can be separated from the testicle?  Is this a
different form of prostate cancer or something different altogether?
If the lump can be separated from the testicle, then it is not testicular cancer. In fact, it is probably not cancer at all. It certainly has nothing to do with the prostate.
If the lump cannot be separated from the testicle, then there remains a good chance that it is testicular cancer.
