I am 20 years old, sexually inactive male, who is really terrified
that I might have testicular cancer and/or penile cancer.
Possible signs of testicular cancer:
Left testicle, no bumps or anything on the testicle, but above the
testicle is this mass of tissue.  It does not hurt when I touch it, unless
I press hard. It looks like a '3rd' testicle.  It is not apparently noticeable
when I have an erection.  What can it possibly be?

Actually, i read about spermatocele, and I don't think i exhibit the same symptoms.
The mass is not apparent when i wake up in the morning, but throughout the day
it gradually increases, i think it may be variocele.  If it is variocele, what
are my options, because before the mass did noty bother me, but as i constantly think
about it, it is quite bothering and also discomforting.  Any help will be greatly
appreciated.
