I work in a remote site where there is no medical facilities.
My living conditions necessitate my urinating in a "chamber pot"
for later disposal.  I am a 50 year old male in good physical
condition.  I am about 25 lbs overweight.
I have noticed in the past week, that my urine has really begun to
smell bad.  It seems to smell like rotten eggs.  It is clear and free
of solids.  I feel OK, with possibly reduced vigor.  I notice that when I dump it out, a white, translucent
scum is left on the inside of the container.
Is there anything going on here that I should be worried about.  Should
I fly out to get a urinalysis?
Bad smelling urine often means possible urinary tract infection, and yes a urinalysis does sound like a wise thing to do. Also this white scum you mentioned sounds like a high amount of sedimentation.
