: I'm 15 years old i have a very small bump on my right testical.  Is this anything to worry about?  There is no pain or discomfort, just a small bump, and i stress small, like the size of a small pimple on the face.
It is round and hard.
I am not the doctor, so please keep checking back for their answer.
It is difficult to say what this is without a physical examination. However, if you are saying that you have a small, hard lump ON your testicle (particularly if it is in a place away from the epididymis, and it is not just on the scrotum) then it is a real possibility that it could be testicular cancer. I'm not saying you have cancer, but you might, and the only well to tell for sure is to go see your doctor for an examination. Testicular cancer often does not hurt, so do not be fooled into thinking that as long as it does not hurt that it cannot be bad.
If the lump is ON the testicle itself, particularly on the front or side of it, then I strongly urge you to see your doctor as soon as possible. It might be nothing, but if it is cancer, it is curable and the cure is much simpler the earlier it is detected.  I can't say that you do or do not have cancer, but 15 year olds can get testicular cancer, and it makes sense to get it checked out. I realize that this may be a bit embarrasing, but it is important to deal with it now.
Good Luck!

I just realized that it is more like a mini BB and i can move it around, still on the testical.  Any thoughts now?
