Red bumps and pain

For the past 4 months or so i have exsperienced some weird things on my penis. I have been tested for STD's and am negative on all accounts. the bottom of my penis head is red and has red bumps on it. These bumps sometimes are not easily seen, but can very easily be seen when i have an erection! My penis has hurt with a dull pain for the past four months and i just had sex and the pain is now concentrated to the right side of the penis head. I have no idea what is going on and my doctor says my penis looks normal, but the red bumps were not really there when i saw her. I am really sick of the pain and the redness. Anyone that can help PLEASE! thanks.... also, it is not a yeast infection and the pain started just in the shaft of the penis and came and went everyday. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
