Removal of a tumor helped only alittle

I am now 19, in the past year i had noticed an increase in problems. First my bladder became useless, i was peeing every half hour. This went on for months! I had also noticed an increase in UTI's and my period was extremely irregular. My Gyno came to a conclusion after numerous months and tests that i had a tumor since birth and it had finally grown out of control. It was encased around my left ovary which was removed back in November; it had twisted backwards and was laying on top of my bladder. I figured all should and would go back to normal, and for the most part and some time later it did. However, i'm starting to get the same symptoms as before; i was just tested again to see if the tumor had returned again but my doctor found nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what i could be dealing with or do i just have bad luck and a dysfunctional system!?!?
